Social Studies

The goal of the Social Studies department at Myrtle Beach High School is to create historically literate and well informed citizens who actively participate in a democratic society. The nine highly qualified Social Studies teachers at Myrtle Beach High School energetically pursue this goal daily through a variety of learning strategies intended to help every student be successful. Every teacher is available for tutoring outside of the regular class period.
