The goal of the Social Studies department at Myrtle Beach High School is to create historically literate and well informed citizens who actively participate in a democratic society. The eight highly qualified Social Studies teachers at Myrtle Beach High School energetically pursue this goal daily through a variety of learning strategies intended to help every student be successful. Every teacher is available for tutoring outside of the regular class period, please check individual teacher pages for days and times.
