The goal of the Visual and Performing Arts (Fine Arts) Department is to provide students with the opportunity to explore and develop individual artistic styles and self expression through their chosen artistic field of study. Students will be exposed to social, historical and cultural influences through the arts to develop a knowledge base by which to evaluate performances and multiple types of art forms.  Each class offered strives to help students become more accomplished visual and performing artists who make valid connections with their academics while becoming  creative, cooperative, disciplined, and ethical  members of society.
